HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY:
It's the most wonderful time of the year! Because we're big supporters of gift giving, we will be extending our return timeline into January. For purchases made between Saturday, December 1 and Wednesday, December 20, we will accept your return for store credit only after the initial 10 day refund window as long as we have received your return at our warehouse by January 10, 2018. ALL final sale or marked down items are still not returnable.
We hope that you are always satisfied with your purchases with us. In the event that something you ordered online does not work for you, you may return the item for refund within 10 days or store credit within 30 days of delivery date. See below for your return options:
If you want to receive a refund for your item+tax, your package must be returned to Boho Bus within 10 days of receiving your order. NO EXCEPTIONS. We are happy to now have the ability to refund you, however, we can not allow any exceptions to the 10 day rule.
Any orders received between 11 and 30 days will receive a store credit for the item+tax.
Returns must be initiated via the Return Form.
Items must be received at Boho Bus headquarters within 30 days of shipment.
There are no exceptions to the timelines for refunds or store credits as stated above.
Returned items must be unworn, clean, undamaged and with tags attached.
All FINAL SALE items are - final sale and cannot be returned.
All gift cards, beauty products, jewelry, intimates and hair accessories are final sale. This includes bras, socks, tights, hats and headbands.
We have the right to refuse any refund or exchange if we do not believe it complies with the policy stated above or if the item is received in unsellable condition (this includes scents, stains or tears). Please allow 2 standard business days (from the time your return is received at our warehouse) to process your return.
Defective or Incorrect Orders
If you believe you received a defective item, you are missing an item, or you've received the wrong item, we apologize! Please contact customer service within 3 days of delivery to make a claim. You may be required to provide proof of defect or inaccuracy in order to proceed with the return.
If desired, we will always try to provide an exchange in size or color of the original item if the inventory is available. Please note that the item must also meet the return criteria stated above. Exchanged items will not be processed or shipped until the original item is received at our warehouse, therefore, it may be wiser to place a new order in order to reserve the inventory.
Shipping costs are never refunded, unless we made a mistake. You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with your return and may be charged for additional shipping costs in the event of an exchange. Please keep track of all tracking numbers when shipping back to our warehouse. We are not responsible for damaged, stolen, or packages lost in transit.
